    Ingredients  
  • 150 grams oats
  • 150 grams semolina
  • 1 onion
  • 1/4 capsicum
  • 100 grams cabbage
  • 100 grams Spinach
  • 100 grams carrots
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Oil for cooking
  • 100 grams curd

Method of preparation of Oats Suzy Chilla -
