Gehu Ke Aate Ka Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cu wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 pinch salt
- A little less than 1/2 cup refined oil
- 2 tablespoons same
- 1/2 cup ground sugar
- 1/4 cup dry milk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Cherry as required
- 1 teaspoon wheat flour to coat the cherry
- First of all, filter the flour, add baking soda, baking powder, salt and filter it again twice. And then add dry milk and keep.
- Now put refined oil in a bowl and whisk well until the oil is mixed to the right side, now add powdered sugar and mix for 3-4 mints. The creamy mixture will form.
- Now mix the dry mixture into the oil mixture. And prepare the cake mixture by adding a little milk. Add some more milk if needed.
- Mix cherries and a spoonful of flour in a bowl. The cherry will coat the dough and will not sit at the bottom of the cake.
- Now mix the coated cherries and vanilla essen into the cake mixture.
- Put the cooker to heat.
- Pour the mixture into the greased cake tin and garnish it with cherries.
- Place the cake tin on the stand in the preheated cooker and remove the city and rubber from the lid and cover the lid of the cooker.
- Let the cake be made for half an hour on low heat, after half an hour, open the cooker and check it with a toothpick. If the toothpick comes out clean then it will stop the probe or else it will allow 4-5 mints to cook.
- When cooled slightly, take it out of the tin and cut it.
Choco Chips Biscuit

- 85 grams of Chaco Chips Biscuits (3 packets)
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 1 Pouch Jamas Chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon all purpose flour
DIRECTION :-
- Break the biscuits and grind them with sugar and mix them in the grinder.
- Then flip from the mixie to a bowl. Then add baking powder, milk and ghee and mix well.
- You first put the cooker in the gas and hit the pre for 10 minutes, spread salt inside the cooker, then keep the stand, take out the whistle of the cooker. Keep the cover up, do not close it.
- Put ghee in a vessel and sprinkle flour all around. Then spread the cake paste well, and tap it.
- Now place the utensils gently in the stand in the cooker. Then cover the lid of the cooker. Keep the gas on low. Now after 25 minutes, check with a tooth pick, if not pasted, then turn off the gas after 10/15 minutes, and let it cool down.
- Then put a plate on top, gently flip the cake and apply chocolate syrup, decorate it with jams all over and above, your cake is ready...

Ingredients
- 40 minutes
- 250 grams all purpose flour
- 150 grams sugar (ground)
- 1.1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 teaspoons cocoa powder
- 80 grams milk powder
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup
- 2-3 cups whipped cream
- Mix baking powder, baking soda, milk powder in the flour and filter it.
- Now mix sugar and ghee.
- Now mix flour and cocoa powder and add milk and make a paste.
- Add a bowl of salt to the cooker.
- Keep the flame on high flame for 2 minutes.
- Remove the city. After 2 minutes, reduce the gas.
- Now grease the cake pan with oil.
- Now add the batter and cook on low heat for 35-40 minutes.
- Add stitch and check if your stitch comes out clean then your cake is ready.
- Otherwise keep for 5-10 minutes. My cake is very spongy
- When the cake cools down, cut it into 3 parts.
- Then spread sugar syrup with the help of a spoon.
- Sprinkle a little chocolate syrup too. Now add whipped cream.
- Repeat the same process on the second part as well.
- Now make the design with chocolate syrup. Crush the chocolate and put it.
