5. Masala Oats recipe

Ingredients to make masala oats:-

1 bowl Masala Oats
1 onion
1 tomato
1/2 capsicum
3 green chilies
50 gm butter
1 tsp salt

Method of preparation of masala oats:-
First of all, wash and chop all the vegetables. Then put the butter in the pan and cook the vegetables. Put the salt so that the vegetable is cooked.
Then add 2 glasses of water and let it boil. Then add the oats and stir it quickly so that the lumps do not fall

6. Lemon Oats Recipe
Quantity For 2 people.
Preparation time- 15 mints
cooking time -10 mints
Ingredients:-
1 cup oats
3/4 cup water
1 onion
1 sprig curry leaves
3 green chillies
1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon Rye
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
1-1 / 2 teaspoon White Urad Dal (split)
1 tablespoon Chana Dal
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
3/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt to taste
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves, for garnish
Peanuts for garnish
The methods of Lemon oats:-
To make lemon oats, first wash and soak chana dal for 10 minutes. Now roast the oats in a pan for 2 minutes. Keep it aside.
Now heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let it cook for 10 seconds. Now add Urad Dal, Chana Dal and cook for 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add onion, green chillies, curry leaves, ginger and cook till the onion becomes soft. Now add turmeric powder, salt and mix it well. Add water and let it boil.
After boiling, add oats to it and keep stirring for 1 minute. Cover the pan and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Now add lemon juice, mix and let it cook for 3 minutes. After it is done, garnish with green coriander, peanuts and coconut and serve.
Serve lemon oats with masala tea and fruits for dinner.
