15. Oats Milk
- 6 tablespoons oatmeal (60 grams)
- 4 glasses of water (1 liter)
- Add oatmeal to the blender.
- Then add water and stir until the mixture turns white.
- Then filter it, you can use cotton cloth.
- You can use the liquid in it like milk and you can make pastry or any other thing from the leftovers.
- After this, if you want it thicker, you can add 1 or 2 tbsp of oatmeal to it. If you want to keep more of its fluid, then add more water to it.
- You can add honey or brown sugar to it to bring it sweetness.

- Oats 11/2 (One n half Cup)
- Milk cup
- Golden Apricot 5-7
- Proonz 1/4 cup
- Almond / Almond 4-10

Method:-Heat 2 cups of water in a deep non-stick pan. Add oats and 2 cups of milk and let it cook. Cut the apricot, prunes and almonds and add them to the oats and mix well. Add some more milk and mix. Add sugar and mix. Serve sugar separately if desired. Serve
17.Oats Ke Parathas

- Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup oats, salt, oil
- Turmeric, chili powder, mango powder
- Water to knead the dough
- Hot water to soak oats
- Knead wheat flour with 1 teaspoon oil, salt and water. This will make the dough slightly thick. Dough should be slightly firmer than regular paratha flour. Take soaked oats in another vessel and wash them thoroughly. Take care of the water completely from the oats. Add spices with a little salt to the oats and mix well.
- Roll out the chapatis by adding dry flour with kneaded wheat flour and with the help of a spoon fill the mixture of oats in the middle of the chapatti. To close the paratha, mix its edges, and again roll it as much as possible. Take care that the paratha is not torn, otherwise the stuffing will come out. Heat a griddle and apply a little oil / butter on both sides of the paratha and roast it till it turns golden brown. Serve it with curd, pickle and salad.
Tip: If the oats have become more soft then add a boiled potato mashed to it to cure the mixture.

- Green chili, salt
- Grated cucumber
- Finely chopped onions
- In a vessel, mix oats, curd, chopped green chilies, salt, grated cucumber and onion together. Keep it aside for 5-10 minutes, till the oats soak the curd water and become slightly soft. You can reduce or increase the quantity of yogurt according to your taste. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and then serve cold.
- Tip: You can also add a mixture of rye, urad dal and chana dal to the mixture of oats and add pomegranate seeds to enhance its taste. To make curd-oats more spicy, grated or finely chopped garlic bud can be used.
19.Oats Pancakes
Pancakes are usually made from pure wheat flour and have a high amount of gluten. But pancakes made with 100% oats flour are not only healthy but also gluten-free. These delicious and bloated pancakes are the ideal dish to be served at the breakfast table.
Method of Preparation for Oats Pancakes -
Grind the oats in a blender to make a fine powder. In a bowl, combine oats flour, baking powder and salt. If you like the taste of cinnamon powder then you can also add it. Add eggs, milk, melted butter, vanilla essence and sugar to this dry mixture. Add oil to the pan and pour this mixture into the oil with a ladle. Cook it well on both sides. Garnish with liquid chocolate, honey or maple syrup.
