Mix sprout chart

Ingredients:-
- Mix Sprouts -1
- Finely grated carrot 1/2 Cup
- Cottage cheese cube 2 cups
- Finely chopped onion 2
- Finely chopped green chilies as per taste
- Finely chopped tomatoes 1
- salt and pepper as per taste
- Lemon juice to taste
METHODS:-
- Mix sprouts(Sprouted Moong Dal Moth Beans and Black Gram) in a ball
- Add onion, green chili, tomato, salt, black pepper and cheese cube.
- Then add lemon juice and the tasty sprout set is ready for children.
Ingredients:-
Tomatoes - 8
Mozzarella balls chopped (small cube) - 4
Black Olives chopped - 1/2 cup
Fresh basil leaves chopped
Dry oregano - ½ tsp
Dry Basil - ½ tsp
Extra Virgin Oil - 4 Tbsp
Balsamic Vinegar - 1 Tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves (optional)
METHODS:-
- Mix everything except the tomatoes
- Keep this mixture in the fridge for about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Wash the tomatoes and remove the pulp and seeds inside them.
- Fill each tomato with a bit of mozzarella filing
- Place some freshly chopped lettuce in the plate along with the stuffed tomatoes and garnish it with basil before serving
Apple Cookies
It is a perfect afternoon snack that is super healthy, easy to make and feels full.
Ingredients:-
- Apple - 1
- Peanut Butter - 1/4 cup
- Sliced almonds - 1/4 cup
- Chopped walnuts - 1/4 cup
- Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup
- Chocolate Chips - 1/4 cup
METHODS:-
- Cut thin ring-like slices of apple
- Put peanut butter on one side of the ring
- Garnish it with walnuts, almonds, coconut and chocolate

Ingredients:-
Cream Cheese - 225 grams
Mayonnaise - 1 cup
Homemade or Purchased Ranch Dressing Mix
1 teaspoon dry dill weed or finely crushed fresh dill
Flour Tortilla (5 or 8 in) - 8
3 cups mixed finely chopped vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, capsicum)
1 cup chopped cheddar cheese
METHODS:-
- Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, salad dressing and dill weed in a bowl
- Apply this cheese mixture to each tortilla
- Roll the tortilla and pack tight in plastic wrap
- Keep the slices in the refrigerator for 2 hours before cutting

Content:
- Boiled water - ½ cup (125 ml)
- Unflavored gelatin - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - ½ cup (100 grams)
- A pinch of salt
- Coconut milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
- Fresh Mango Puree - 1 cup (250 ml)
METHODS:-
- In a bowl, mix the gelatine and hot water together until it becomes smooth.
- Dissolve sugar and salt in it
- Now add coconut milk, then add mango puree and beat until the mixture becomes smooth.
- Drain the mixture into 4 small bowls. Keep them in the fridge for at least 2 hours and then serve
