INGRIDIANTS TO MAKE CINNAMON CAKE



1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup milk
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup chopped dry fruits
150 gm butter or butter
500 grams of milk
200 grams sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
DIRECTION:-



First of all, you make condensed milk. For that you take 500 grams of milk, 200 grams of sugar, half a teaspoon of baking soda, first boil the milk. When the milk starts to thicken, then add sugar and baking soda to it and keep stirring it with some liquid. Take it off and let it cool down a bit. Grind the sugar first and put butter in it and burst it well.
Sieve the maida in a sieve and while filtering, you will sieve both baking soda and baking powder in it.
Then mix all the things together and we will get it from 1 side and it will mix well. If you feel too thick then you can add milk.
Now heat the cooker on gas and add 1 cup of salt to it
Put some ghee in the utensil in which you are going to make the cake, then add maida to it and add the cake solution
Do not keep the solution too diluted. Place this cake pot over the hot salt in the cooker
Remove the whistle of the cooker and close the lid and cook on low flame. It takes time to cook for 40 to 50 minutes.
In 30 minutes you can open 1 time and see if it is done or not, you can check by adding sik, if cake is not sticking in the sik, cake is ready.
A pinch of salt is also to be added to the cake, also cut the dry fruit



CINNAMON CAKE

Baking time 45 minutes


Serving for 5 people
INGRIDIANTS TO MAKE CINNAMON CAKE

1 cup semolina
1 banana
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
4-5 teaspoon choco powder

DIRECTION:-



Add the powdered sugar to the butter and whisk until the sugar dissolves.
Make a paste by grinding banana
Sieve semolina baking soda baking powder 2 times in a sieve.
Now put butter sugar paste in a vessel and then add ground banana and then add milk and mix. Then add semolina mixture little by little to this banana milk mixture and fold
After folding the cut on one side, add all the semolina and mix it well and prepare the cake mixture.
Put 2 cups of salt in a cooker and grate it over it, heat it 5 minutes faster.
Then take a cake tray and chicken it with oil, then sprinkle the flour and put the cake mixture in the cake tray and tap the tray well then place the cake tray on top of the hot salt.
Lower the flame
Remove the whistle and the rubber of the cooker and cover the lid of the cooker and allow the cake to bake on low heat for about 35-40 minutes.
Turn off the heat, take out the lid of the cooker and check it with a knife once it is cooked, then bake for 5 more minutes.
Cool the cake out
Decorate the cake by sprinkling choco powder and enjoy.





COCONUT VANILLA CAKE


Preparation time 20 minutes
Baking time 45 minutes


Serving for 5 people
INGRIDIANTS TO MAKE COCONUT VANILLA CAKE

200 grams maida
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon refined oil
2-3 drops vanilla essence
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup ground sugar
Cashew nuts, almonds and cherries for decoration
DIRECTION:-

Sieve all purpose flour, both soda, cocoa powder with a sieve in a large pot. Now add refined oil, milk, vanilla essence and powdered sugar and stir well.
If the paste looks thick then add a little more water. Keep stirring this paste continuously. Keep in mind that while whipping it, take the whole round and beat it. This is the perfect way to beat the cake mixture. When the mixture is well puffed like a shell of pakoras, grease it with oil in another large vessel in which the cake is to be made. Now give a little flour in this chopped pot so that the cake does not stick.
Now put a cooker on the gas and put salt in the cooker and place a stand inside it. Remove the whistle and rubber of the cooker. Now place the cake pot inside the cooker on a high heat for five minutes. Allow to cook for 20-25 minutes.
After 20-25 minutes, check the cake with a toothpick. If the cake is sticking in a toothpick, then cook the cake again for ten minutes. After baking the cake, carefully take out the cake in another vessel and decorate it with cashew nuts, almonds and cherries. Our cooker cake is ready.



RAVA CAKE




Preparation time 20 minutes
Baking time 45 minutes

Serving for 5 people


INGRIDIANTS TO MAKE RAVA CAKE

1/2 cup rava
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar bad
1 cup yogurt
1 cup milk powder
1/2 cup Coarse powder
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon Ghee
4 drops
DIRECTION:-

Sieve rava, maida, sugar bad, milk powder, baking powder, soda, cocoa powder, all these things in a large bowl
Mix all these things well and prepare a dry mixture
Then mix yogurt, ghee, Essence and milk in this dry mixture and mix well.
Then beat this mixture for three minutes, after that add ghee and dry rava in any vessel.
Pour the prepared mixture into that pot, now remove the whistle and rubber of your cooker and put the pot containing the mixture in the cooker, put the lid on low and let it bake for 35 minutes.
Allow the cooker to cool for 20 minutes after baking.
Now open the cooker and take out the cake from the pot. Your cake is ready, decorate it with the cream you like.

CUSTERED CAKE


Preparation time 20 minutes
Baking time 45 minutes

Serving for 5 people


INGRIDIANTS TO MAKE CUSTERED CAKE

1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 bowl Boora
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons custard powder
1 teaspoon native ghee
1 cup milk
Any dry fruits as per your choice
Salt to put in 1 bowl cooker



DIRECTION:-



Mix ghee and booze well in a bowl. Add the custard powder and mix.
Sieve the flour twice by adding baking powder and baking soda to the flour.
Spread a bowl of salt in the bottom of the cooker and keep it on the gas for heating. The bottom of the pot does not burn by adding salt.
Take a round shaped utensil (steel or silver), add some ghee to the utensil and grease it with some flour and spread it. Which would have easily left the cake.
Cut dry fruits
Add a little maida to the boor and ghee (which was mixed earlier) and keep stirring.
Add milk to the flour and mix it well to prepare the batter.
Put the solution in the pot and put dry fruits on top and bake it immediately in the cooker. Close the whistle from the lid and close it.
Open after 45 minutes and check. Try putting the knife in the cake. If the cake does not stick to the knife, the cake is ready. Otherwise bake for 5 more minutes.
Turn off the gas When the cooker cools, the cake comes out with the help of a knife. Cake is ready
