Today I have come here with the recipe for making Palak Paneer Pulao [Palak Paneer Pulao recipe]. Which is very easy to make and you can make it within 20-25 minutes.

Material:-
- Basmati rice - 250 grams
- Paneer - 150 grams
- Chopped Onion - 1
- Peas - 1/2 cup
- Spinach - 2 cups (2 bunches)
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Garlic - 4-5
- Green chili - 2
- Oil - 25 grams
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Black cardamom - 2
- Green cardamom - 2
- Cinnamon - 2 inch
- Long (Cloves) - 2
- Bay leaves - 1
- Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder (turma) - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1 teaspoon (according to taste)
Method to make Palak Paneer Pulao:-
First of all wash the rice and leave it in water for 5 minutes.
2. Till then put spinach, ginger, garlic and green chillies in a mixie jar and make a paste.
3. Now put a pan on the gas and put cumin, big cardamom, small cardamom, cinnamon long and bay leaves in it and roast it for a while.
4. Then put onion in it and fry it for a while.
5. Then put spinach paste in it and then add turmeric, chili and salt to it and cook it for a while.
6. Then put paneer and peas in it and cook it for 2 minutes.
7. Then filter the rice and put it in it.
8. And put 3/2 cup of water in it and mix it.
9. Then cover and cook it on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
10. Then move it from side to side and cover it again and cook for 5 more minutes on low flame.
11. Then turn off the gas and stir the casserole gently with a fork spoon and then cover it and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
12. Then take it out in a plate and our Palak Paneer Pulao is ready.
Suggestion:-
- Do not put too much water in the casserole, otherwise it will get wet and your casserole will not be good.
- After making the casserole, stir it only with a fork spoon so that the rice does not break.
