Make Various Drinks of Mango
You know that cloves are hot and mango is very hot in summer, so today I have made a special smoothie from mango in which I have used Walnut. Because we love mangoes very much, that's why today I made this for my husband! If your family also like it very much then definitely make it!
This is a very easy and very quick recipe. I have used sugar, yogurt, mangoes, walnuts, pistachios, peppermint and chia seeds.
It is very healthy and tasty. If you try it once, you will like this recipe very much!
Walnuts are not just a dry fruit but also an immunity booster. Its antioxidant elements strengthen your immune system and keep you healthy.
We must use a handful of walnuts daily. Walnuts are rich in omega three fatty acids, which have a beneficial effect on brain function as well as it works in depression.
Mango walnut smoothie recipes

Ingredients
- 2 mangoes
- 600 grams curd
- 3 tsp chia seeds
- 1 cup California Walnut
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 small pieces of watermelon
- A little edible glitter dust as needed
- 6-8 mint leaves
Direction
- First put the curd in a sieve and keep it for 25 minutes.
- Now peel all the mangoes and cut them into two pieces and cut some mangoes in a cube shape.
- Now soak chia seeds in 1/2 cup of water and keep it soaked. Then filter it in a sieve.
- Now cut all the walnuts and pistachios.
- Now take out the curd in a bowl and add powdered sugar and mix it well. Keep in mind that yogurt should not have lumps
- Now take a glass and add 2 teaspoons of curd to it and spread it a little bit, after this add 1.2 teaspoons of chia seeds and spread it. Then add walnut and pistachio crush to it. Now add mango cubes to it. Then repeat the bean process
- Now take another glass and repeat the same process twice in it.
- Now take the slices of mango and decorate it on the glass like a side rose, first keep one slice, then the second from his side and then the third from his side, we have to prepare it whole day and come round to make it round.
- Now repeat the same bean process in another glass.
- Now put some edible glitter dust and mint leaves on the top of these glasses so that it will look more beautiful and put a piece of watermelon in the middle of it.
- Now keep it refrigerated for a while and serve it cold. It has been prepared so beautiful that people should like to eat it as soon as it is seen.
