                          Eggless Cocoa Oreo Cake

Ingredients
  • 4 servings
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 4 Oreo Biscuits (Creamless)
  • 1 large cup of sugar
  • 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 vanilla essence
  • Milk as per requirement
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • For Decoration: -
  • 1 large chocolate
  • 1 large packet oreo biscuits

DIRECTION:-

  • First of all, put a cooker on the gas and put a bowl of salt in it. Preheat the cooker for 10 minutes.
  • Now mix all the ingredients well in a bowl with the help of blender. If you do not have a blender, you can also do it in the mixer. Make milk-assisted smooth mixture, batter is not too thin
  • Grease the cake mold with butter, then flour or grease it with butter paper.
  • Remove the mixture into the mold, set it gently with hands so that the mixture does not bubble up.
  • Place the mixture mold in the pre-heat cooker, remove the whistle from the cooker's lid, and keep the rubber on, let it cook 30 meters on low flame.
  • After 30m, check the cake with the help of a toothpick. If the cake is not sticking in the toothpick, then your cake is ready. If it is sticking, then cook a little longer. Chill out
  • After melting the chocolate, grease all the sides of the cake, then after removing the cream of the Oreo Biscuits on the sides of the cake, press it lightly on the sides of the cake and make flowers with the cream of the Oreo Biscuits.   • 1 bowl yogurt
  • 1 bowl ground sugar
  • 1 bowl all purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons Ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Soda less than 1/2 teaspoon
  • 5-8 raisins
  • 5-8 pistachios

DIRECTION :-

  1. Put curd and powdered sugar in a bowl and make it fat, the cream will dissolve, sugar will dissolve, add fat like ghee, now add flour, sweet soda, baking powder, and sieve it in the sieve and mix it well.
  2. Now mix the creamy and chopped pistachios in it and add whatever dry fruits are there, I had this, put the solution in the cake tin or whatever cooker, pour the cake solution by adding oil to the pot and put the cream and pistachios on top. Put it, put salt in the cooker and heat it first and keep a stand or small bowl and keep the cake pot.

Ingredients
  • 6 servings
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 tablespoons refined oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp dry ginger powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp white vinegar (white vinegar)
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons hot water
  • 6 tablespoons orange juice
  • 3 tablespoons almond pieces
  • 3 tablespoons cashew pieces
  • 3 tablespoons walnut pieces
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 tablespoon dry
  • 3 tablespoons Broken Frutti
  • 3 tablespoons palm pieces
  • For Garnish: -
  • As per requirement
  • Cashew nuts as required

DIRECTION :-

  • Add orange juice in a large bowl. Add manuka, raisins, almond pieces, cashew pieces, walnut pieces, broken fruity, dates pieces and mix well and allow it to soak for 2-3 hours.
  • Put 6 tablespoons sugar in a pan and heat it on medium heat. In a short time the sugar will start to melt and its color will turn golden brown. When the whole sugar melts and it starts to foam, then let the gas bond. Add 4 tablespoons of hot water to it Mix with Caramel syrup is ready. Let it cool.
  • Now pour one cup of milk in a large mixing bowl. Add 6 tablespoons oil and vanilla essence to it. Now add nutmeg powder, cinnamon powder, dry ginger, mix it evenly.
  • Sieve the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder with a sieve, and mix it in the milk mixture. Now add sugar syrup to it. Now add the soaked nuts and mix the jars well. In a cooker Add two cups of salt at the bottom. Place a high stand on it and let it cool on medium flame for ten minutes. Cover the lid without the city and rubber gaskets. Now add two teaspoons of white vinegar to the cake mixture and mix well. The cake batter is ready.
  • Apply oil and butter paper to the cake mold. Put the cake batter in it and tape it well. Add cashews and manuka. Put the tin of the cake on the stand when the cooker is hot. Put the lid of the cooker without the city and rubber. Of gaskets. First cook the cake for fifteen minutes on medium heat and after 50-55 minutes on a slow flame. Check with a tooth peak.   • 4 servings
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 cup condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons PC sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter (at room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 teaspoon banking powder
  • 1/2 tsp.
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp broken frutti (optional)
  • 1-2 tsp color sugar star (optional)
  • 200 gm salt (for baking in a cooker)

DIRECTION :-

  1. Put salt in a cooker and spread it, then cover and preheat the medium on low flame for 10 minutes (take out the sheet and rubber of the cooker lid).
  2. Grease a cake with a little butter in a tin, then add 1 table spoon of flour and spread all the cravings and shake off the extra flour and our utensil is ready for baking.
  3. Put butter and sugar in a bowl and whisk well to make a smooth paste.
  4. Add curd and condensed milk and beat for 2-3 minutes
  5. Add pumpkin puree and vanilla essences and mix well.
  6. Now add refined flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sieve in a sieve.
  7. Mix all the ingredients with the cut and fold method and make a thick batter.
  8. Put the prepared cake batter in the cake tin and pat it lightly, then add the broken fruity and color sugar star.

  • Now pour curd in it and whisk well so that a smooth batter is prepared. There will be no lumps in the batter. After this, pour the batter in two tins. Heat the pressure cooker by adding thick salt, heat the cooker on high heat for 3-4 minutes, then place the cake tin in it. Turn off the cooker without whistling. . Reduce the flame and cook the cake for 30 minutes.
