  1. -150 g zuccini-1 tsp oil
  2. -1 tsp butter
  3. -1 bay leaf
  4. -3-4 pieces of pepper
  5. -1 tsp chopped garlic
  6. -1 small chopped onion
  7. -1 peeled and chopped potatoes
  8. -Salt to taste
  9. - Chopped pepper to taste
  10. -1/2 tsp mix herbs
  11. -1/2 tsp chili flakes
  12. -3 to 4 cups water
  13. -2 tsp almond paste
  14. -2 tsp fresh cream
  15. -2 tsp chopped parsley

Recipe for making 

  1. - To make it, heat oil and butter in a pan.
  2. - Then add bay leaf and pepper, garlic and onion and fry for a minute.
  3. - Then add potatoes, zucchini pieces, salt, pepper, herbs and chili flakes and mix well.
  4. - Then you fry this mixture for a while. Then add water and boil for about 12-15 minutes.
  5. - Then you cool this mixture. Then prepare and strain the puree.
  6.  Then you put it back in the pan. Then add almond paste and cream and boil it for about 3-4 minutes.
