Low Fat Celery Soup Recipe
Not all celery soups are low in calories. Always prefer to make a salary soup with stock. A large celery stock contains 10 calories and if you are busy losing weight, you can put this celery stock in your soup. You can also mix your favourite vegetables in celery soup smaller in calories and full of nutrients.
Ingredients for making low fat celery soup
This soup takes only 30 minutes to make. Apart from seleri, chicken stock, onion, ginger, garlic and milk are added to it. It is also added with a little pepper which adds to its taste.

- 2 cups celery, chopped into pieces
- 1 onion, chopped into pieces
- 1 tbsp garlic, chopped into pieces
- 1 1/2 ginger
- Four cups (with chicken piece or chicken powder) chicken stock
- salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- (freshly chopped) pepper
Low Fat Celery Soup Recipe
1.Add butter to a large pan and grind.2. When the bubbles start to rise in the butter, add garlic, ginger and onion and fry for two minutes.
3.Then add chopped celery and cook for five minutes. Finally put the stock in it.
4. Reduce the heat and cover the pan.
5. Lightly leave the heat for 10 minutes, so that the celery is cooked and softened.
6. Mix salt and pepper in it. Then add milk to it. Fix the salt to taste.
7. Remove the soup from the heat and let it cool slightly.
8. Put it in a blender and puree it and put the mixture back in the pan.
9. Serve lightly lukewarm.
