Ingredients for making oilless Kanyakumari fish curry
Although fish curry is made in a lot, oil has not been used at all to make this Kanyakumari fish curry. In addition to curry leaves, red chillies, coriander powder, coconut green chillies, tamarind and lemon juice have been added to this curry.

Ingredients
- One (king fish, sardines, etc., any) whole fish
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- Shalat 2-3 or Onion: Two-three
- curry leaf
- 2 green chillies
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2-3 tamarind sticks
- 1 medium lemon
1.Soak tamarind in a cup of water.
2. Peel and chop green chillies, tomatoes and shalat and keep aside.
3. Prepare coconut, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and pepper paste.
4. Now remove the tamarind pulp. Add shlot, tamarind water, green chillies, tomatoes and salt to a pan with coconut paste. Boil once.
5.Then mix fish and curry leaves in it.
6. After mixing the mixture well, lighten the heat for 10 minutes and leave it.
7. When the fish is soft and the mixture is well cooked, remove from the heat and serve.
