Kids Recipes – Donuts
Materials
- Maida 1 cup
- Yeast 1 tsp
- Sugar 1/3 cup (to pour into ground flour)
- Salt 2 pinch
- Baking powder 1/2 tsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Oil to fry
- 1/2 cup ground sugar to apply on top
Methods
- Soak the yeast in lukewarm water.
- Strain the flour and knead the soft dough of butter, sugar, salt, baking powder, and yeast mixed with it.
- Then take a large thick bread bell of that dough, and cut it round with a doughnut cutter or a glass to make a shape of the doughnut by cutting it from the middle.
- Make all the doughnuts in the same way.
- Then cover it and keep it for about four hours or keep it until the doughnut flower is thick.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the doughnuts until golden on both sides.
- Then apply the powdered sugar from the top on all sides.
- You can apply chocolate and cream or other cheese paste if you want
- The doughnut is ready, the children's favorite doughnuts are made during the holidays, and they should eat themselves.
