Eggless Vanilla Cake - Eggless Vanilla Cake
Materials
- 1-1/2 (1/2) cupmaida
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup butter or oil
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
Methods
- Strain the maida twice with a sieve and keep aside.
- Put the sugar in the mixand make fine powder.
- Beat the curd in a large bowl, then add sugar and beat for 2-3 minutes.
- Add baking powder and baking soda for 1 minute and beat then keep it like this for a while.
- Now preheat the oven to 200 c. Take an 8 inch wide cake pot greasy by applying oil. Then give it flour powder all over it.
- Now add oil and vanilla essence to the yogurt mixture.
- Now mix the flour slowly and run continuously in 2-3 times in that mixture. So that the gulthia does not fall. Then beat well to make a thick batter.
- Then put the whole mixture in the cake pot and put it in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Add a wooden toothpick to check whether the cake is cooked or not. If the tooth pick comes out clean, the cake is cooked. If the cake is mixed, cook the cake for a while.
- Turn off the oven and let the cake cool a little. Then slowly remove the cake from the pot by gently with the knife.
- Eat and feed only after it is completely cooled.
