INGREDIENTS OF FRESH CORN BHEL:-

  • Water [पानी] - 3-4 glasses (For boiling)
  • Sweet Corn [स्वीट कॉर्न] - 1 large pcs
  • Cucumber [खीरा] - 100 gm (Chopped)
  • Onion [प्याज़] - 1/2 pcs (Chopped)
  • Tomato [टमाटर] - 1.5 pcs (Chopped)
  • Green Coriander - 20 gm (Chopped)
  • Pomegranate Seeds - 30 gm
  • Bundi - 40 gm
  • Sev [सेव] - 40 gm
  • Salt [नमक] - 1/2 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder [लाल मिर्च पाउडर] - 1/2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder [कालीमिर्च पाउडर] - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice [निम्बू रस] - 3 tbsp
  • Chat Masala - as per taste

HOW TO MAKE FRESH CORN BHEL:-
  • Take a mixing bowl, add boiled sweet corn, chopped cucumber, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green coriander, pomegranate seeds.
  • Now add Bundi, sev, salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice. 
  • Mix everything well.
  • Sprinkle chat masala as per your taste. 
  • Sweet Corn bhel is ready.
