INGREDIENTS OF FRESH CORN BHEL:-
- Water [पानी] - 3-4 glasses (For boiling)
- Sweet Corn [स्वीट कॉर्न] - 1 large pcs
- Cucumber [खीरा] - 100 gm (Chopped)
- Onion [प्याज़] - 1/2 pcs (Chopped)
- Tomato [टमाटर] - 1.5 pcs (Chopped)
- Green Coriander - 20 gm (Chopped)
- Pomegranate Seeds - 30 gm
- Bundi - 40 gm
- Sev [सेव] - 40 gm
- Salt [नमक] - 1/2 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder [लाल मिर्च पाउडर] - 1/2 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder [कालीमिर्च पाउडर] - 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice [निम्बू रस] - 3 tbsp
- Chat Masala - as per taste
- Take a mixing bowl, add boiled sweet corn, chopped cucumber, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green coriander, pomegranate seeds.
- Now add Bundi, sev, salt, red chili powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice.
- Mix everything well.
- Sprinkle chat masala as per your taste.
