Chai ka masala recipe

Ingredient-
- 3 teaspoon cardamom
- 3 teaspoons fennel
- 2 teaspoons celery
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Method-
- Collect all the ingredients first
- Put in mixer jar again and grind
- Chai masala is ready, you can also store it by keeping it for months.

Ingredient-
- 2 green cardamom
- 1 clove
- Black pepper 3-4

- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cups milk
Method-
- Take a vessel first and add water to it. When the water starts boiling, add the tea leaves and all the spices and grated ginger and let the tea boil until the properties of the leaves and spices come into the tea!
- If you want, you can also grind these spices into a mixer and make powder!
- Now add milk to the tea and let it boil, now turn off the gas and strain the tea and enjoy it with your favorite biscuits or snacks.
Butter Chai recipe
- 10 minutes
Ingredient-
- 1 cup water
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1 tbsp jaggery
- 1 tsp tea leaves
- 1 tsp ginger chopped
- 1 small cardamom
- 2 tablespoon butter
Method-
- Add water to a tea pan and add jaggery, ginger, cardamom and tea leaves to it and let it boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Now add milk and boil it for 3-4 minutes. Then add butter and boil for 2 more minutes.
- Now strain the tea with a sieve and knead it 1-2 times and make it fun with butter toast.
- If you want, you can also make pakoras together.
Chai patti ke bina bani chai recipe
- 10-15 minutes
Ingredient-
- 2 people
- 1.5 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons rose petals
- 1 cardamom ground
- 3-4 thread saffron
- 1 spoonful of ginger
- 1/2 inch cinnamon stick
Method-
- Put the water in a vessel and put it to boil.
- Add rose petals, cardamom, cinnamon, grated ginger and saffron and will boil for 5 minutes.
- After that, after adding milk and sugar candy, boil for 2-3 minutes and filter and serve hot.
