Leftover Rice(Basi Chawal) Ka Nashta Recipe


 
Rice is made in every household and it becomes stale rice, then we have trouble what to make of stale rice? Are you troubled by this too? So today we are going to make such a spicy snack with stale rice that your household members will eat once, then you will be asked to make this breakfast again and again. You can prepare this breakfast instantly and you can tie this recipe on children's school tiffin as well.
Whenever rice is left in your house, make this recipe. It is very easy to make and the leftover rice snack seems tasty and spicy. So let's see what we need to make this recipe and which one can make breakfast from the leftover rice.
 
 
Necessary Ingredients
  • Stale rice two bowl
  • Finely semolina bowl
  • Curd 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Coriander Masala Powder a teaspoon
  • Bit of card
  • Mustard seeds a teaspoon
  • Finely chopped onion, a spoon
  • Finely chopped green chilies
  • Salt as per taste
  • Coriander little bit

Breakfast recipe:

         To make breakfast from the leftover rice of the night, we have to first put the stale rice in the mixer jar and add a little half cup of water to it and prepare a smooth paste. Rice paste should be very smooth. Make khatwa with leftover rice of the night.

        Now when rice paste is ready, take out the paste in a bowl and add fine semolina and curd to this paste and mix it well. Add a little half cup of water to the paste while adding and keep it for 10-15 minutes to die.
 
        Now add salt, coriander powder, finely chopped green chillies, coriander, mustard, curry leaves, coriander powder and very finely chopped onion to it and mix it well. If the mixture is hard, then add a little water, we should not dilute or thicken the mixture, we need to be as thin as the egg mixture. Know the method of fried potatoes

        Now heat the tawa or pan on low heat and soak a little oil on the griddle with oil and spread a little mixture over it like an egg omelette. Now do not stir for two-three minutes, after 2 minutes turn carefully and cook from the other side also for 1-2 minutes. Know the method of making mutton khichda like moharram
 
         Similarly, make the paste of all the paste one by one, and now it is ready to serve breakfast and serve it hot.


Suggestion :
  • The rice mixture should not be too thin or too thick, just like the mixture to make egg omelette, we have to make this smooth paste as well.
  • When the mixture is spread on the pan or pan, do not stir it immediately or it can break and turn carefully when turning, as it breaks quickly.
  • You may not even add hard leaves. 
  • Make the rice snack only in small size because if you make it in big size then it can be broken while making it, so make it in small size.
