Method of Making Gulab Jamun:-
- Mash the mawa (khoya) thoroughly in a pot. Mawa should not have kernels.
- Now add baking soda and maida to the mawa and knead it, neither making it too hard nor too soft. Keep in mind that mawa-maida should not be dry.
- If it feels dry then wet the palms with water and knead it again. - When the mixture of mawa and maida is well prepared after kneading, divide it into equal small balls. Now heat ghee in a pan on the gas.
- Put a piece of bread in it and fry it.
- When the bread rises in the ghee, reduce the flame and put gulab jamun balls in the ghee, and fry till it becomes golden brown.
- When the ghee starts to cool down, heat the ghee by heating the flame before putting the balls in the pan and then reduce the flame and roast gulab jamun.
- Bake them and keep them on a plate.
how to make a sugar syrup ( chashni ) for Gulab jamun
here I am going to show you the Method of Preparation for Chashni (sugar syrup for gulab jamun).
- Put sugar and water in a vessel for sugar syrup and keep it on low flame on the gas and stir it with the help of a big spoon until the sugar dissolves.
- When the sugar dissolves, boil the sugar syrup on high flame.
- Now add milk in sugar syrup, let it boil on high heat. Cook the sugar syrup till it becomes slightly thick.
- Try taking sugar syrup in a spoon and sticking it with your finger. If a wire starts forming, turn off the gas. Otherwise cook a little more and then check.
- After this, filter the sugar syrup with a sieve, put it on the gas again, and mix ground cardamom in it and cook for a minute.
- Turn off the gas and put gulab jamun in this prepared syrup.
- In half an hour, Gulab Jamun will soak the syrup well. - Prepare delicious Gulab Jamuns, keep them in the bowls and eat them.
2. Flour Gulab Jamun:-

Ingredients:-
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1 pinch red color ghee as per need
- 1 tablespoon milk powder
- 1 tsp baking soda milk oi
Method:-
- To make Atta Gulab Jamun of flour, first, place a pan on medium flame.
- Prepare sugar syrup by adding sugar, cardamom powder, red color and water to it. Cook till the sugar syrup thickens.
- After this, remove the syrup and keep it aside.
- Now put 1 tablespoon ghee in another pan and keep it on the gas. Add flour to it and cook until it turns light brown. Turn off the heat and take out the flour in a vessel and keep it to cool. After the time, add milk powder, 1 1/2 teaspoon ghee and baking soda to the flour and mix well. Now add milk and knead the dough. Keep the dough aside for 10 minutes. - After the time, make round dough balls of the dough. Put oil in a pan on medium heat and keep it to warm. Add berries to it and fry it till it becomes brown. - Take out the Gulab Jamun of the flour from the oil and put it in the hot syrup. Keep it for 4-5 hours so that all Gulab Jamuns absorb sugar syrup. - Serve Gulab Jamun after fixed time.
3. Black gulab jamun:-

Method-
First of all, take out the khoya in a bowl and mash it well. Now grate the paneer and mix it with the flour in the khoya. Mix 1 spoon of milk in the Khoya mixer and mix all the ingredients well and knead like flour. Now make small tablets of this mixture. - Keep the prepared tablets covered with cotton cloth. Now to make sugar syrup, put 2 cups sugar and 1.5 cups of water in a pan and cook on a medium flame. When sugar dissolves in water, add lemon juice and stir. - When the syrup starts to form into a wire, close it after thickening it. Now heat oil in a pan and fry the prepared tablets on low flame till they turn golden brown. Put the fried fries in hot syrup. Now keep them in the fridge after normal cooling. - Kala Jamun is ready. Whenever you serve, heat them slightly.
