1. Overnight Chapati Upma :- 

PERSON : 2 - 4 
TIME : 10 to 15 minutes
 

Ingredients👉
  • 1 onion finely chopped 
  • 1 tomato finely chopped 
  • 2 green chilies finely chopped
  • ½ capsicum finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon mustard
  • ½ cup peas grains
  • 1 tablespoon peanuts,
  • roasted one teaspoon coriander powder 
  • 1 tap red chilies Powder 
  • 1 tap lemon juice salt oil as per taste
  • Green chopped coriander leaves for decoration.

DIRECTION👉
  1.  First break the roti into small pieces. Now heat the oil in the pan on the gas. 
  2. Add mustard seeds to it. When the mustard seeds crackle, add green chillies and onions and cook on medium flame. 
  3. Cook the onion till it becomes golden, then add tomatoes, capsicum and peas to it and cook it for 3 minutes. 
  4. After this, add coriander, red chili powder and peanut grains in the pan and cook for a minute. 
  5. Now add roti pieces and salt and mix. 
  6. Cook it for 2 minutes and turn off the gas. - Take the remaining bread upma is ready. Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve hot.
  7. Leftover bread fritters
  8. First of all, we have to cut bread into 3-4 pieces. Keep in mind that the pieces should also be slightly thick.
  9. Now take semolina in a bowl. Add salt, turmeric, celery along with chopped coriander and green chillies.
  10. Gradually pouring water in it, it is to prepare a slightly thin batter from the consistency of the dosa.
  11. When you start making, put a pinch of eno in it.

2. Overnight chapati churi :- 

Preparation Time: 21-25 minutes
Cooking time: 21-25 minutes
Servings: 4 ppl

Ingredients👉
  • Stuffed stale bread
  • Stale bread 4
  • Onion 2 Healthy
  • Cumin seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger chopped 1/2 inch piece
  • Chopped green chili
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Peanut couple

DIRECTION👉
  1. Chop the onion and green chilies thickly. 
  2. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, add the cumin seeds and fry them till the color changes.
  3. Finely chop ginger into the pan and fry. 
  4. Then add the onions and green chilies and fry them. 
  5. Add peanuts and mix well. 
  6. Cut small pieces of stale bread. Add turmeric powder, salt and sugar to the pan and fry for two minutes.
  7. Add lemon juice and mix well. Now put the pieces of stale bread and mix it lightly. 
  8. Cover and cook on low heat till they turn crispy. Serve hot


3. Overnight roti papad:-
  1. Cut two pieces of leftover bread.
  2. Now let the refined heat in the pan. 
  3. Then put both pieces of bread in it and fry it well on medium flame.
  4. Now take out the roti from the pan and sprinkle salt, Buchnu and Chaat Masala in it.
  5. Crispy and tasty papad of basi roti is ready.


4. Fried Roti Bhel Method:-
  1. First, cut the stale roti into four equal parts with scissors or knife.
  2. Now let the refined heat in the pan and fry the pieces of these four rotis in it.
  3. The bread pieces are to fry in a pan until they turn golden brown.
  4. Then decorate those fried pieces in a plate.
  5. Now mix finely chopped onion, tomato, coriander and sev. 
  6. Squeeze lemon juice over it.
  7. Garnish with a mixture of fried bread pieces.
  8. Your delicious fried roti bhel is ready.

 5. Roti Nachos:-

  1. To make roti nachos, we have to cut the basi roti in such a way that its three strands are grinded.
  2. If you want, you can also make roti pieces in rounding for small round nachos.
  3. Now we have to take hot refined in the pan and fry small pieces of bread in it.
  4. Now take them out of the pan.
  5. We have to take the muonies in a bowl. We will mix small tomatoes, onion and cabbage in it and mix it well.

  2. Now we have to cut tomato, onion, capsicum, and cabbage into small pieces.

  2. Now put mango powder in those mash potatoes, add chopped coriander, salt, garam masala, black pepper and peas and turmeric and mix it well in the pan.
  3. Now take a little flour or maida in a bowl and mix few drops of water in it and keep it aside.
  4. After this, we have to cut the basi roti into two pieces.
  5. One by one, both pieces have to be folded and the stuffing is to be done.
  6. Then its edges have to be closed with a mixture of fine flour.
  7. After this, the refined heat is to be heated in the kadhai and the roti samosas are to be fried on medium flame.
  8. In a few minutes your tasty and healthy roti samosa will be ready.


 9. Roti Pizza: leftover chapati recipe👉
  1. Cut all your favorite vegetables like carrots, peas, cabbage and onions, tomatoes, capsicum.
  2. Now fry them well by putting refined oil in the pan. Do not fry the vegetables too much, just fry their water.

  1. Basi roti is cut into small pieces and grind them coarsely in a grinder. Be careful not to grind or else it will become powder.
  2. Lets heat two spoons of oil in the pan. Add mustard seeds, green chili peas and peas and fry them a little.
  3. Then add finely chopped boiled potatoes, turmeric, mango powder, chaat masala, a little vegetable spice and salt as per taste and mix it well.
  4. Now you have to add coarsely ground roti and mix it well in the mixer.

11. Roti Tasty Laddu: leftover chapati recipe👉
  1. Basi roti is to be grinded very finely in a mixie.
  2. Now add coconut powder, ground cardamom and dry fruits.
  3. We have to melt the jaggery in the kadhai to thick consistency and then put it in a bowl of the mixer.
  4. After this, we will also add melted ghee in it according to our own.
  5. We will prepare a good mixer by mashing them all by hand.
  6. Now we have to make laddus from this or else you can eat it in a bowl like this with a spoon.
