Eggless Chocolate
Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon soda bi-carb
- 3/4 cup condensed milk
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup melted butter (butter)
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 3/4 cup ground sugar
- 1pinch of salt
- To make Eggless Chocolate Cake, firstly mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder and soda bi-carb in a vessel.
- After that, in a bowl whisk the vanilla essence, butter and condensed milk.
- Then mix the flour mixture and condensed milk mixture, whisk well and make a paste.
- Now put the prepared cake batter in a baking pan.
- - Then cover the pressure cooker and heat it for 5 minutes on high flame.
- When the cooker is well heated, cover the baking pan inside the cooker and bake the cake for half an hour on low flame. Remember to bake cakes without adding water to the cooker.

Red Velvet
Ingredients :-
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons unsweet coca powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup thick curd
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- 1 tablespoon red food color / or beet juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 3/4 cup cooking oil
DIRECTION
- First of all, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, milk powder and baking soda together. Now put a cube butter in it and beat it with a beater. Now prepare the batter by mixing oil, curd and vanilla essence and red color in it.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup fresh curd
- Milk as required
- 1 cup less sugar
- A few drops of vanilla essence
- 1 cup Broken Frutti
- A little less than 1 cup refined oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Less than 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
DIRECTION:-
- Here I have used a very simple way to make a broken fruity cake.
- Sieve the flour first. Add refined flour to the vessel. Add sugar, refined oil, baking soda, baking powder, yogurt, everything.
- Add milk as required and mix well. Make the mixture thick. Add vanilla essence as well. Now add broken fruity in it and mix well
- Put a large cup of salt in the cooker and allow it to heat up well. After it is well heated, put the stand. Now apply refined oil to any utensil. Pour the cake batter into it and pour some broken fruity from the top. Put the pot above the stand in the cooker and close the lid. Remove the cooker whistle and the rubber and close the lid. .

- 250 grams bourbon biscuits
