- 1 bowl of oats
- ½ bowl semolina (Rava)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
- 1 tbsp fine tomatoes
- 1 tbsp fine capsicum
- 1 tsp finely chopped green chilies
- 1 tsp gram
- Put 1 tsp urad dall
- 1 tsp rye
- 1 tsp curry leaves (sweet neem)
- ¾ cup Matha (curd water)
- 1/2 tsp eno (or eatable soda)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp butter
- 1 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- First, fry the oats in a pan on medium heat. & keep it cool then grind it into powder in the mixer.
- Take a bowl, mix oats powder and semolina, then add matha to it and keep it for 10 minutes.
- Now heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds & curry leaves, then add both types of pulses and fry till it becomes light brown. Add this tempering to the oat's solution.
- Now mix salt, chili and all the vegetables in this solution. If the solution is too thick then add water and dilute it slightly. Finally, mix eno so that they do their work well.
- Now heat the non stick tava well and add some oil to it and wipe it with a cloth.
- Now make the batter larger by rolling it round with a deep pompon on the griddle. Reduce the flame and cover it.
- Bake until brown on both sides. Finally add some butter in the center and sprinkle garam masala on top.
- Serve with hot coconut chutney.
Tip for making Oats Uthappam - If the plane is not white oats then we can make it with a packet of masala oats. It will be equally tasty in food.

- 1 cup oats
- 2 tbsp semolina (rava)
- 2 tbsp finely chopped onions
- 1 tbsp fine tomatoes

- 1 tbsp finely chopped carrots
- ½ peas
- 2 tbsp cauliflower
- 1 tbsp french beans
- 1 tsp finely chopped green chillies
- Put 1 tbsp urad
- 1 tsp curry leaves
- 1 tsp rye
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste

- First, fry the oats and semolina in a pan on medium heat, and keep it cool.
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Rye should be well then put urad in it and let it become light brown. Now put onion in it and let it become light brown.
- Now add capsicum to it. Heat the water in a separate vessel, add carrot peas and cauliflower beans to it, making it soft.
- Now drain the water of all the boiled vegetables and mix it in the onion mixture. Add salt and mix well.
- Now add 3 cups of boiled vegetables water and let it boil. After boiling, add oats and semolina to it. After this, stir it quickly so that the water absorbs the oats well. Now add lemon juice to it. Now cover it on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Now put green coriander and which coconut on top and serve hot.
Tip to make Oats Upma - Tip- If you want, you can also add cashew raisins in it, which will make it more delicious to eat.

Ingredients to make Oats Dahi Vada
- 2 cups oats
- ½ cup urad dal
- ½ cup moong dal
- 1 tsp gram dal
- 1 inch piece ginger
- 1 tbsp green chillies
- Pinch of hing
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tsp finely chopped coriander
- 2 tbsp tamarind sweet sauce
- 1 tbsp coriander chili sauce
- 2 tbsp fine save
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Soak moong and urad dal overnight and mix both the pulses, oats, ginger and green chillies the next day and grind them fine in the mixer.
- Now add hing, salt, red chili powder and coriander to this mixture and whisk well. Beat the mixture so that it looks lighter. This mixture does not become thinner.
- Now apply oil in the mold of idli and keep the large mixture across, now apply water to your hands and set the mixture well by spreading it on the mold.
- Now fill some water in the pot which holds the mold and heat it. Now put the mold with idli cover. Turn off the gas after 10 - 15, after cooling down, take out the big ones.
- Now put the elders in light lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes
- Now press out the elders with water
- Put the curd on a plate big, now add sweet and green chutney and add red chili powder on top. Serve everyone decorated with green coriander and sev.

- 1 tbsp Coriander finely chopped
- Salt to taste
