Rava Upma

Ingredients :-
- Semolina - 180 grams (1 cup)
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Peanut - 1 tbsp (roasted)
- Mustard seeds - 1/4 teaspoon
- Green chili - 1 (finely chopped)
- Green peas - 1 tbsp
- Carrot - 1 (cut into small pieces)
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Coriander - 1 tbsp (finely chopped) Salt - small spoon or as per taste
Method
- Fry the semolina in a dry pan while stirring continuously until it becomes light brown. Take out roasted semolina in a plate.
- Put oil in the pan and heat it. Add peanut seeds to the oil and fry it lightly. After roasting them, take them out in a plate.
- Add mustard seeds to the remaining oil in the pan, let the mustard be roasted lightly.
- After tempering, add green chilies, chopped carrots and peas and fry for 2-3 minutes. After this, add semolina and three times its water (3 cups of water) and salt and mix.
- When the semolina starts boiling in water, then stir it with a spoon, the solution will thicken and in a short time it will look like pudding.
- Put peanuts in it and cook the rava upma with a spoon for 3-4 minutes.
- Add butter from the top and mix it. Also add green coriander and mix it. Delicious Rava Upma is ready.
- Serve the hot upma with green coriander chutney and eat. If you want, you can also keep it in children's tiffin, children will like it very much.
- It is also a South India snack and it is very easy to prepare tasty food.
Moong Dal Idli

Ingredients :-
- Moong Dal - 1 cup (200 grams)
- Curd - 4 cups
- Carrot - 4 cup
- Capsicum - 4 cup
- Cauliflower - 4 cups
- Green peas - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 10-12
- Mustard seeds - ½ tsp
- Green chili - 2
- Ginger paste - 1 tsp
- Asafoetida - ½ pinch
- Eno fruit salt - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
Method
- To make moong dal idli, clean one cup of dal with a cotton cloth and grind it well in a grinder.
- Melt the coarsely ground lentils in the curd for 15 to 20 minutes.Now put 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and heat it.
- After the oil is hot, add ½ teaspoon mustard seeds, 10-12 curry leaves and ½ pinch asafetida and fry it on low flame. Now add 2 finely chopped green chilies, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, ¼ cup carrots, ¼ cup capsicum, ¼ cup cauliflower and 2 tablespoons green peas and fry for 1-2 minutes while stirring the vegetables.
- When the vegetables are melted, add them to the ground lentils and mix them by adding 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Now take an idli stand and grease it with some light oil in its mines. Now take a big vessel and put 1 cup of water in it and keep the water to heat.
- Add 1 teaspoon eno fruit salt to the dal mixture and mix well. Now add a little bit of mixture in the idli molds. When the water comes to a boil, keep these idli molds in the water. (Keep in mind that water should remain under the mold).
- Put the mold in the water and cover the pot and let it cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
- After 12 minutes remove the idli stand from the water and take out the idli from the mold. Veg moong dal idli is ready. Prepare Idli of all the mixture in this way.
- It takes 10 to 12 minutes to make a one-time idli. You can serve these idlis with green chutney and eat it with green chutney.
