Onion fritters :-     To try and enjoy your evening tea, try onion pakoras with it. You can make these without any difficulty, very comfortably at home in a few minutes and collect lots of vowels. To make these pakoras crisp, add rice flour in the batter and also add celery to enhance its taste. Keep the amount of water in such a way that the spices do not stick to the onion.


Potato fritters :- Potato pakoras are very easy to make and it also takes very less time to make. You can make these pakodas as soon as you hear the news of the arrival of the guests.


Tip:

  • Use green chili paste in the fritters.
  • You can also chop and add some green chilies according to your taste.
  • Kasuri Methi can also be used instead of green coriander. Its aroma and flavor is very amazing.
  • Do not fry the pakoras on high heat. This makes the pakoras dry quickly from above and the potatoes remain raw from inside.


Bread fritters :- Whether it is rainy season or winter evening, if you get bread dumplings with a cup of hot tea, it is fun. Bread dumplings are like the king of snacks that can be easily made at home. Serve the bread pakoras after deep frying and placing them on tissue paper. By doing this, its extra oil will come out and eating it will not feel the taste, aroma or stickiness of the oil.


 Lauki Paratha :-  To make crispy gourd paratha, take out flour in a bowl. Add grated gourd or ghee to the flour and at the same time add green chillies, cumin, salt and coriander and mix all the ingredients together. Now add a teaspoon of ghee and a little water and prepare the dough by kneading it. Cover the dough and keep it for at least 15-20 minutes. Then roll the parathas and roast them in ghee or oil. If these parathas are crispy then they will taste even better.


Misal Pav :-  First, chop the onion, tomato and coriander leaves well. Now put a pan on low flame and pour some oil in it and heat it. Now add cumin and mustard seeds and chop it. Then add chopped items and add turmeric powder to it. Now add sprouted bean and garlic-ginger paste to it.after the vegetables are well roasted, add garam masala, chilli powder and coriander powder and stir. Now add 4 cups of water to this pan and cook until the sprouted beans are soft enough. Now serve it with Namkeen, Sev or Butter cubes and enjoy the dish. You can also eat it with bread or loaf if you want.


 Vegetable Dalia Pulao :-  To make Vegetable Oatmeal Casserole, first wash the oatmeal with water and keep it to soak for 5 to 10 minutes. During that time, peel or chop all the vegetables (onion, capsicum, carrots, peas, cabbage, potatoes, beans, tomatoes). Now put oil or ghee in the cooker and heat it. Add celery and add all the vegetables and run it well. Then add turmeric, coriander and salt and mix. Now add oatmeal to it and add 2 to 3 whistles by adding water in style. Your vegetable porridge casserole is ready.


Pear and Spinach Salad :- First of all, mix red wine, butter and sugar in a large pot and boil it on medium flame and keep stirring until the sugar dissolves. Now add half the chopped pear pieces and let the syrup boil. Now reduce the flame to medium and cook the pear for 20-25 minutes till it is soft by removing the lid. After cooking, keep it to cool. Now separate the pear pieces with water and cut each piece lengthwise into thin slices and press it lightly. Now add chopped onion, garlic, red chili, olive oil and black pepper to a blender for dressing. Thendressing. Then place the Crotons of Focaccia Bread in the oven and top it with Parmesan cheese. In a mixing bowl place the poached peach pieces on top of the baby spinach ie small leaves of spinach and coat it with the dressing. Serve by sprinkling shavings of parmesan cheese on top.


Matar Chaat :-  To make pea chaat, soak the peas in water overnight a day before and remove it from the water in the morning and wash it well. Then add a little water, asafoetida and a pinch of salt in the cooker and cook till it melts. Now put a mashed potato in the boiled peas, add finely chopped onion, green chilli and chopped coriander over it. If desired, you can also mix green or tamarind chutney. Add salt, roasted cumin as per taste and mix it well and serve all by adding papadi powder.


Methi Thepla :- To make fenugreek thepla, take wheat flour, finely chopped fenugreek, finely chopped green coriander, curd, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon oil and salt and make it well Mix. Like the bread dough, knead it softly and keep it covered for 15-20 minutes to set it. Then bake the golden parathas. You can eat it with tea or yogurt.
