Spinach Paratha Recipe


Today we will make delicious and nutritious spinach paranthas. It will be fun to eat spinach paranthas with curd and butter for breakfast. Similarly, you can try stuffed paranthas like potato, cabbage, onion, radish paranthas.

Ingredients:

    Spinach – 1 cup
    kneaded flour
    Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
    Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
    Ghee – parantha to cook
    Salt – to taste

How to make spinach paratha at home – Palak Paratha Recipe 

1.To make spinach parantha, clean and finely chop the spinach and wash it off with water and dry it.

2.  Mix red chilli powder, finely chopped green chillies and salt in spinach to taste.
    Prepare a dough peda and apply dry flour and roll it into 3 inches. 

3 Now add a little ghee and add 1 to 2 teaspoons of chopped spinach masala in the middle.
4.Hold the paratha from the edge and close it and shape it into a tree.

5 Apply a little dry flour and then roll it like bread.
6 Heat a frying pan, pour the paratha on the pan and cook on one side. Medium the heat, cook the parantha on a slight cook and cook on the other side.
7 Add ghee to the parantha on both sides and cook golden. Similarly, take the rest of the paranthas.
8 Serve hot spinach parantha with pickles and curd.

 

Another way to make spinach parathas:

Boil the spinach and grind it finely and knead with salt and finely chopped green chillies to taste in dry arrival. There is no need to pour water separately. Keep the goonda aaya to be set for half an hour. Then bake the parantha with the prepared flour. Delicious spinach paranthas are ready to be served.
