  Ingredients 

  • 2 bowl wheat flour
  • 1/2 bowl gram flour
  • 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon roasted coriander cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Kasuri Methi
  • 1 teaspoon celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 3-4 teaspoons native ghee
  • Salt to taste

DIRECTION :-

Put wheat flour, gram flour, red chili powder, coriander cumin powder, kasoori methi, ginger garlic paste, celery, turmeric, asafoetida, salt in a vessel and knead the dough with water. Now keep covered for half an hour.

Now take a small piece of flour and roll out the roti and put ghee on the hot tava and shake it till both sides are golden.

Serve with hot thepla chutney or sauce.

    Ingredients 

  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 1 1/2 cups of water
  • 3/4 cloves
  • 3/4 cardamom
  • 1 cinnamon
  • 5/6 black pepper
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • The vegetables
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1/4 cup beans
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Self salt
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste

DIRECTIN :-

  • First wash the rice and keep it on the side.
  • Cut all the vegetables. Remove all the spices.
  • You can also add ghee in the cooker. Add cumin. Then add all the dry spices.
  • Now all the vegetables have to be added. After being vegetable add turmeric, garam masala, coriander cumin powder.
  • Lemon juice is to be added after the vegetables are cooked. Close the cooker by adding salt. Turn off the gas after a city. Hot pulao is ghee.

  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 capsicum cut into square pieces
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese grated
  • teaspoon origano
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chilli Flakes

Direction :-

To make pizza, first of all, add pizza sauce to the pizza base.
Now put chopped onion and capsicum over it.
Put mozzarella cheese on it.
Now microwave the pizza at 900 degrees for 2 minutes.
Remove the pizza after 2 minutes and serve it by adding origano and chili flakes.



                              Instant Khaman Dhokla

 Ingredients 


  • 4 people
  • 1 bowl gram flour
  • 1/4 bowl water
  • 2 lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoonful of soda
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • For tempering-
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 7-8 curry leaves -
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 3-4 green chilies -
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seed
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

DIRECTION :-

  1. First prepare the solution by adding gram flour, turmeric, salt, sugar, oil, lemon juice and lukewarm water in 1 pot. And keep aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Now keep water in 1 pan or steamer to heat.
  3. Now add soda to the batter and mix well. Then grease 1 container or mold with oil and pour the solution.
  4. When the water starts boiling well in the steamer, put 1 plate or stand in it, then keep the slurry mold and cover the steamer well. And cook in steam for 15 minutes.
  5. After 15 minutes, apply a knife and see if the knife comes out clean, understand that Dhokla is cooked.
  6. Then let the dhokla cool down a bit. After cooling, separate the sides of the dhokla with a knife and tap the mold slightly and remove the dhokla and cut it into a mosaic shape.
  7. Now heat the oil for tempering in 1 pan, when the oil is well heated then add mustard seeds, cumin, fennel and then add green chillies, poppy seeds and curry leaves, then add water, sugar, lemon juice and some more Add Kala Salt, it will taste good. When the water boils, add tempering to the dhokla.
  8. Serve with coriander leaves. It can be served with tamarind chutney and green chutney. This dhokla tastes delicious even without chutney


                Instant Wheat Flour Cheese Pizza Paratha

    Ingredients 

  • 2 servings
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1/2 tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tbsp.
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp green chutney
  • To apply oil or ghee as per required

DIRECTION :-

  • Add wheat flour salt and oil to the plate and knead soft dough with the help of water. And keep it covered on the side.
  • Finely chop all the vegetables, mix them well and mix the spices and mix together the monsarella cheese and salt and keep it well.
  • For the stuffing of the paratha, firstly roll the paratha then put butter on it, and then spread it by adding green chutney and pizza sauce or tomato sauce. Now spread the cheese and spread it on the layer of whole vegetables on the paratha. Sprinkle the chili flakes and close the parathas in triangles from all three sides.
  • Heat the pan and roast it on both sides until the paratha turns golden brown on both sides.
  • Place the paratha on the cervig plate and cut as shown in the picture. Sprinkle the cheese layer and enjoy the paratha with tomato sauce.
