Instant Vegetable Uttapam
- 3-4 serv
- 1 cup urad dal
- 3 cups of rice
- 1 large tomato
- 1 large onion
- 2 medium sized capsicum
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 small green chili
- 1 teaspoon of soda eater
- Salt to taste
- First of all, soak urad dal and rice for 6 hours.
- Then separate the water of the soaked mixture and make a fine paste.
- Add a little water as necessary to this paste so that the paste is not too thick. Then add soda, salt, and lemon juice to it and mix it well. Then add finely chopped tomatoes, onion, capsicum, green chillies, coriander leaves, ginger paste and mix it well.
- You can also add bhi and vegetables like gourd, cucumber, carrot, cabbage etc.
- Now pour some oil in the tube and spread this solution thick with the help of a spoon and add about 1 teaspoon of oil on all its sides and cover it with a plate. After 2 minutes, when the 1 side of it becomes firm, then turn it with the help of it and let it turn on medium flame till it turns golden brown.
- And your delicious vegetable uttapam is ready. You can serve it with coriander mint green chutney, tamarind red chutney and coconut chutney...
- 1 cup Rava
- 2 tablespoons wheat flour
- 1/2 cup same
- Salt to taste
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon plain ENO or baking soda
- Grind rava in a grinder, mix flour, and curd in it.
- Add 1/2 cup water and salt and mix, keep aside for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, add ENO in it and add 1/4 cup of water and mix it.
- Heat the dosa tava, wipe it with water and spread the dosa, cook till golden.
- You can eat this for breakfast as well
- I have applied Mysore chutney on top and served it with potato masala and sambar
Instant Rava Upma
- 4 members
- 1 cup semolina
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Urad Dal
- 8-10 leaves of curry leaves
- 2 teaspoons of peanuts
- 2 tablespoons native ghee
- Vegetables as per your choice
- 1 carrot finely chopped
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt as per taste
- 2 green chillies finely chopped
- 1/2 bowl peas
- First we will dry roast semolina
- Now heat the ghee in a pan and add mustard seeds, peanuts, urad dal, curry leaves and fry it
- Peas, onions, carrots, etc. will all be added and salt and then add one and a half glasses of water to boil
- When the water boils, the roasted semolina will slowly pour and slowly cook.
- Healthy version is ready, instant breakfast Rava Upma
Poha
- 200 grams Poha
- 1 onion
- 1/2 bowl peas
- 1 carrot
- 50 gm peanuts
- 1/2 bowl a little chopped dry coconut
- 1 teaspoon little raisins
- 4 curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tsp red chilli
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 lemon
- 4 tablespoons oil
DIRECTION :-
- First put the poha in a sieve and wash it with water and keep it aside
- Wash the peas and chop the onion finely, grate the carrots.
- Now put a little salt in the poha and mix sugar in the red and stir well
- Now when the oil is heated in the pan, put mustard mustard to crackle, then add turmeric powder to it, now add chopped onion and turn light red then peas; Add carrots and mangfali and fry it lightly.
- Now put the pohe in the pan, stir well and mix in chopped coconut and raisins.
- When slightly cooled, add lemon juice and green coriander and serve it for eating.

Tawa Sandwich
- 4 bread slices
- 2 cheese slices
- Origeno as needed
- Chili flakes as required
- Peppermint powder as required
- Chaat Masala as required
- Salt to taste
- Butter as required
DIRECTION:-
- Place butter in 2 bread slices on one side.
- Put the butter on the pan from the side, keep the flame low by burning the gas. Open the cheese slices and place them on top of the bread.
- Add aurigeno, chili flakes, peppermint powder and a little bit of salt.
- Cover the top with other bread and apply butter. After a while, turn and fry the golden from the other side as well. Delicious tava sandwich is ready.
