DIRECTION :-
- First of all, add a little salt in the water and add the soybean and boil it for 2 minutes and leave it to cool down.
- Now cut the onion, capsicum, green onion and green chillies into small pieces.
- Now squeeze the soybean with water.
- Then add egg, soy sauce, tomato sauce, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, maize flour and a little salt and mix well. Then fry it well in oil.
- Then put the pan on the gas, and add oil and cumin seeds to it, then add onions and carrots to it and fry for a while. Then add capsicum and some salt and fry for a while.

Method of camphor flour:
1. To make camphor flour, first mix rice, chana dal and tuvar dal in a vessel.
2. Grind the mixed rice and lentils coarsely with the help of a mixie.
Method of preparation of camphor:
1. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pen or kadai on a medium flame and add cumin seeds, green pepper-ginger paste, peanuts and green tomatoes and fry them for 20 seconds. Vegetables
2. Add 1 ½ cup of water inside the roasted ingredients, add green coriander, right, sugar and salt and mix everything well and let the water come to a boil.

6. Now put all the balls on the plate of idli cooker with oil and put water in the idli cooker and steam it on medium flame for 15-20 minutes.
7. After 15-20 minutes, remove the gas and let the camphor cool down.
8. When the camphor is completely cooled, then cut the camphor into small slices.
9. Heat the oil in a pen on medium heat and add mustard seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and sesame seeds.
10. When the mustard seeds and sesame seeds crackle, fry the slices of camphoria until it is crispy on both sides (shallow fry).
